UB Touring Japan Motorcycle Rental retains the right to cancel a tour with fewer than 2 clients (Rider and Pillion counted). If only 1 client registers for a tour, the client may pay a 50% surcharge for a private guided tour, rent the motorcycle without guide, or cancel without penalty.

During “motorcycle rental only” periods, UB Touring Japan accepts requests for customized private tours inclusive of UB Touring motorcycle rental.

Rental of a Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro or Tiger 850 Sport with top box and 2 panniers.
Motorcycle insurance covering unlimited value for 3rd party injury and damage, 50 million JPY rider injury, 500,000 JPY motorcycle damage including dropping it without an accident with another party, 50,000 JPY deductible for motorcycle damage claim.
Single occupancy accommodation where about half of the nights include dinner and breakfast and about half of the nights include breakfast only.
Tolls and parking fees.
Transport from Tokyo area hotel to the UB Touring Office on the morning of the first day of the tour.
Transport to Tokyo area hotel on the evening of the last day of the tour.

Fee structure explained
A non-refundable tour reservation fee is payable online to confirm the tour reservation. The reservation fee is credited to the total rental price when the balance is paid at rental pickup.
A non-refundable rental accessories reservation fee is payable online to confirm the rental accessories reservation. The reservation fee is credited to the total rental price when the balance is paid at rental pickup.
The tour fee includes items listed in each tour plan.
The balance between the reservation fee and the tour + rental accessories fee is payable at the time of motorcycle pickup at the UB Touring Japan office. All forms of cashless payment in Japanese Yen are accepted at the UB Touring Japan office.
